A fantastic place to be...

Eagles Landing Ranch is a beautiful gated mountain community just a mile east of Stonewall, Colorado.  Developed in 1997, its total size is 2094 acres, which has been split into 51 separate properties, the smallest of which is 35 acres.

Mountain Views

Eagles Landing is situated on one of the "foothills" of the Colorado Rockies.  While its elevations range from 7000 to 9000, it has views of the Spanish Peaks and Sangre de Christa mountains, as well as Stonewall.

Horticulture

Being a mostly forested mountain area, Eagles Landing is filled with several varieties of pine, fir and spruce.  Aspen are sprinkled in at some of the lower elevations of the ranch, and plenty of oak brush offers up shelter for deer.

Togetherness

With a small community of only 51 properties, members of the Eagles Landing Ranch get to know each other.  From visits back and forth to the Annual Meeting which includes laughing and catching up, friendship is easy,

Mountain Wildlife

Eagles Landing hosts quite a selection of wildlife.  Elk and deer, black bear, fox, wild turkey, hawks, an occasional eagle, and of course a great many varieties of rabbits, squirrels & chipmunks, skunks and birds.

Fantastic roads

Eagles Landing has been recognized as having the best roads of any large lot community in Las Animas county.   It hosts a road crew ready to go as soon as the snow stops falling, as well as a beautiful electric entry gate.

Living Your Way

In Eagles Landing, the deed restrictions are few.  Our homes span from mansions to cabins to barndominiums to pop-up trailers for those weekends on the ranch.
